Flexible Film Production
We extrude multilayer films—BOPP, PET, and LDPE—for applications ranging from snack packaging to industrial liners. Our co-extrusion technology allows precise control of barrier layers, UV stabilization, and sealant properties. Each film undergoes tensile and moisture-barrier testing to verify performance. Clients can choose gloss or matte finishes, custom gauges, and specialty coatings such as anti-fog or anti-static treatments. With in-house gravure and flexographic printing, we deliver high-resolution graphics directly onto films, ensuring sharp branding and regulatory compliance.

Rigid Container & Tray Manufacturing
Utilizing injection molding and thermoforming, we produce durable containers, trays, and clamshells for food, medical devices, and electronics. Our material portfolio includes polypropylene, polystyrene, and recyclable PET, each selected for strength, clarity, and thermal stability. Custom tooling services enable rapid creation of prototypes, with iterative modifications based on functional trials. Depth, wall thickness, and undercuts are engineered for nestability and ergonomic handling. Post-production, containers are washed, sterilized, and packed according to GMP standards where required.

Corrugated Packaging & Die-Cut Boxes
Our corrugation line produces single- to triple-wall boards in various flute profiles (A, B, C, E, F) to balance cushioning, weight, and printability. The die-cut department transforms flat boards into custom-fit boxes with precision creasing and slotting. High-resolution flexo and litho labeling ensure brand messages stand out. We also offer reinforced designs—double-wall partitions, die-cut foam inserts, and anti-static coatings—for fragile or high-value shipments. Volume discounts and pallet-load pricing optimize costs for large runs.

Barrier Laminate & Pouch Solutions
Laminating films with aluminum foil or metallized layers creates high-barrier structures ideal for moisture- and oxygen-sensitive products. We produce stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, and vacuum-seal packs with zipper closures, tear notches, and degassing valves. Seal strength testing verifies package integrity under stress conditions. Clients can choose tamper-evident options such as peel-tabs and induction seals for added safety. Our automated pouch lines accommodate runs from a few thousand to millions of units per month—with quick change-overs for multi-SKU orders.

Custom Printing & Labeling
Our print shop features flexographic and digital presses capable of up to eight colors, metallic inks, and tactile varnishes. We manage PMS color matching for brand consistency across substrates. Inline lamination and varnish applications streamline finishing. For labeling, we provide pressure-sensitive labels, shrink-sleeves, and shrink wraps with tamper bands. Serialization and variable data printing—batch codes, barcodes, and traceability matrix codes—ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and food-safety regulations.

Supply Chain & Logistics Support
PackSupplies coordinates sequence deliveries, drop-shipments, and cross-dock operations to optimize your inventory flow. Our warehouse management system supports FIFO rotation, batch segregation, and quarantine zones for regulated materials. Integrated transport management provides real-time tracking and ETA updates.
